Executive Platform Operations Support (Pune - Maharashtra)

As an Executive Platform Operations Support, you will be responsible for selection, and operations management of the supply network.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Position: Executive

Function: Network Operations

Experience: 2-4 years

Educational Background: Graduate

Key Purpose of the Role:

BiofuelCircle Supply Network aims to create >1,000 network partners over next 5 years. The network partners will be engaged in 4 distinct businesses, viz. aggregation, warehousing, processing, and quality assurance. Platform Operations team will be responsible for selection, and operations management of the supply network. Team members will be responsible to implementation of standard operating process that enables the network partners to support platform transactions

Key Tasks:

Warehouse Operations

a. Monthly, Weekly & Daily scheduling, planning and deliveries of Inward and Outward Deliveries as per the plan provided by Logistics Team

b. Optimize Stock management in the warehouse based on the inward plan provided by the logistics team

c. Weekly MIS creation on BiofuelCircle platform

d. Managing inward and outward payments related to Warehouse

e. Managing the loading and unloading activities in the warehouse

Processing Plant Operations

a. Manage the production schedule as per plan provided by the Deal and Logistics teams

b. Managing the production schedule on the BiofuelCircle Platform

c. Raw Materials and Finished Goods Inventory Management

d. Managing any operational issues with the processors / partners

e. Manage the processor payables and receivables

f. Manage the sample testing along with the suppliers

Supplier Verification Operations

a. Manage the verification process

b. Manage the post-verification process for suppliers

c. Regular material sample collection from suppliers

d. Convey test results and create awareness for suppliers to manage their supplier and quality profiles

Escalate and Manage exceptions and timelines

Prepare and manage reports and MIS as required by the Operations Head


Opportunity for customer support executives to be part of a live transaction support environment

Supervision & Collaboration:

Will report to Operations head of the Local Geographic Market.
