Inside Sales Executive (Pune - Maharashtra)

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will support the marketing/sales team’s day-to-day operations.

Experience: 1 – 3 years

Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate (BE/BBA/MBA)

Preferred Experience: Experience in dealing with Procurement Managers in B2B Sales preferred

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full Time

Key Purpose of the Role:

The candidate will be supporting the marketing/sales team in:

  • New customer acquisition

  • New lead generation and handling

  • Incoming new lead handling

  • CRM management

  • Customer Success

Key Tasks:

Lead Handling

  • Contact customers to understand their detailed requirements

  • Introduce customers to the BiofuelCircle services

  • Contact details and requirement management in CRM

  • Platform demonstration and presentation of the value-added offering

  • Capture his contact details & requirement in CRM

  • Lead once qualified, assign it to the respective salesperson through CRM

  • Facilitate customer appointments with the salesperson

  • Customer acquisition

CRM Management

  • All leads are to be entered into CRM daily

  • All relevant contact information fields are to be updated

  • Supporting email automation by indicating the right stages of sales

Lead Generation

  • Prepare customer database using interest resources

  • Validating contact details and interests through Tele-calling

  • Qualified leads to be entered in CRM for further process

Customer Success Campaign

  • Contact existing customers to prod them into participating in ongoing offers/campaigns

  • Invite them for webinars/platform-related events

  • Increase their platform participation
